The Ultius marketplace connects customers around the world with writers for a variety of online writing services. We back it up with world-class, 24/7 customer support from our call center in Las Vegas, NV. We are quickly growing and always have room for new and talented individuals.
How we make hiring decisions
Primarily, we care about bringing the talent into the organization. We gather this information from your resume, background, initial interview and follow up interview. It's very important to us that you fit in well with the other team members. As people, we spend way too much time at work for it to not be meaningful and enriching. This is why it's extremely important that you are a good fit for the company and we are a good fit for you.
From there, we get you started with an initial position in the company, whether it's in our support team, editorial team or marketing department. Next, we work towards putting you in the position where you are most likely to succeed. We call this method the "right box for the right person." We try to match your unique capabilities as a person with the position where you have the highest chance of success.
We don't always get it right at first, but over time you will find that most of our team members feel confident about the unison between their unique skill sets and the position they are in.
