Brief Job Description

Customer support representatives work in the Las Vegas call center and are responsible for providing 24/7 support to customers via our support channels. It’s important to carry a strong client-first attitude while handling a wide variety of customer questions and concerns. Collaboration with the editorial team is expected and communication skills are expected. Additionally, support staff are required to be competent in Microsoft Office as well as other various web-based website applications. Customer service experience is required.
